• Prior experience in a food or beverage manufacturing facility • 2+ years of Management
or Supervisory experience • Must be flexible - willing to work a rotating shift (every 3-5
months) • Computer proficient in MS Suite
Job Duties:
Leadership abilities - directing production team members and using knowledge of food
processes, equipment and system capabilities. World-Class Company. Responsibilities
include: * Leading production personnel to achieve standards related to cost, line
efficiencies, waste, safety and productivity * (Initially) managing the 3rd shift team of about
75 union employees * Developing the annual operating plan for production * Achieving
performance standards in regards to safety, line utilization, quality * Tracking key
performance indicators and costs, and anticipating and correcting trends * Minimizing
downtime by equipment oversight * Hiring and training hourly personnel
Comments:
Starts out on 3rd Shift then rotates to other shifts every 3-5 months.
